- You agree that Roadstar Internet, Inc. may at its sole discretion terminate your account if Roadstar Internet, Inc. believes you have in any way violated the Terms of Service.

True and Correct Information
- You agree to provide true and correct information about yourself on the registration form.
Billing Cycle
- You understand that Roadstar Internet, Inc.'s monthly billing cycle is based on your sign-up date, with the service fee for each month charged and due at the beginning of your billing cycle.
Cancellations
- You understand that cancellations must be confirmed with Roadstar Internet, Inc. thirty days in advance of your billing date.
Disputed Charges
- You understand that all charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within sixty days of the billing date.
Bank Charges
- You understand and agree that Roadstar Internet, Inc. is not responsible for any charges or expenses that you may incur resulting from overdrawing my bank account or exceeding my credit card limit as a result of an automatic charge generated by Roadstar pursuant to this authority.
Modifications to Terms of Service
- Roadstar Internet, Inc. may change the terms of agreement without notice.
Modifications to Service
- Roadstar Internet, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice to User. User agrees that Roadstar Internet, Inc. shall not be liable to User or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
- If your account is de-activated, you may be required to pay reconnect charges and a prepaid deposit in order to re-activate your account.
Roadstar Internet, Inc. General Privacy Policy
Roadstar Internet, Inc. considers all customer contact information to be private information between Roadstar Internet and the customer. Roadstar Internet will not provide information of any Roadstar Internet customer to any person or company outside of Roadstar Internet or its customer support partner.
Roadstar Internet, Inc. Mail Privacy Policy
Roadstar Internet, Inc. considers email transmitted via the service to be the private correspondence between the sender and recipient. Roadstar Internet, Inc. will not monitor, edit or disclose the contents of a User's private communications, except:
- as required by law;
- to comply with legal process;
- if necessary to enforce Roadstar Internet, Inc. Terms of Agreement;
- to respond to claims that such contents violate the rights of third-parties;
- to protect the rights or property of Roadstar Internet, Inc. or others.
Internet Content
- User acknowledges and agrees Roadstar Internet, Inc. does not endorse the content of any user communications and is not responsible or liable for any unlawful, libelous, abusive, privacy invading, threatening, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable content or content that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.
Passwords and Security of Account Management Access
- User will receive a username and password upon completion of the installation process for purposes of account management. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities which occur under user's password or account. User agrees to immediately notify Roadstar Internet, Inc. of any unauthorized use of User's password or account or any other breach of security.

Account holder and its Users shall abide by Roadstar Internet, Inc.'s provisions regarding usage:
Using a personal account for high volume or commercial use is prohibited. If Accountholder would like to engage in high-volume or commercial services, please contact Roadstar Internet, Inc. for information about opening up a commercial account or dedicated bandwidth.
Using Roadstar Internet, Inc. services for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities is prohibited. Roadstar Internet, Inc. reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities Activities which are prohibited as potentially illegal include, but are not limited to:
Unauthorized copying of copyrighted materials. This includes, but not limited to, digitizing and distributing photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources and copyrighted software.
- Exporting software or technical information in violation of U.S. export control laws.
- Posting or e-mailing of scams such as 'make-money-fast' schemes.
- Posting or transmitting charity requests, petitions for signatures, chain letters or letters relating to pyramid schemes.
- Posting or transmitting any advertising, promotional materials or any other solicitation of other users of the Service for goods for services except in those areas (e.g., a classified bulletin board) that are designated for such purposes.
- Threatening bodily harm or property damage to individuals or groups.
- Making fraudulent offers of products, items, or services originating from Accountholder's account.
- Attempting to access the accounts of others, or attempting to penetrate beyond security measures of our or other systems (referred to as hacking) whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.
