The Roadstar support team is locally based in Leesburg VA, so you can be assured that they understand your concerns and issues as they relate to your broadband environment. Available via phone or email, the support staff is knowledgeable on the specifics of wireless broadband access. The support team utilizes an efficient trouble-ticket tracking system to make sure that your issues are followed through to closure.

All Roadstar and INET Loudoun users receive the same level of support as stated above. This allows us to offer service at an economic cost based on user need and budget.

Roadstar Internet and INET Loudoun now offers OPTIONAL support upgrade programs for Business Plan users. The upgrade plans expand on the standard customer service offered to all users and are priced to meet the specific needs of our business users.

Optional Support Upgrades
Expands Standard level of service by offering resolution within a four-hour period	10-percent surcharge per month
Expands above, but offers an eight-hour resolution time and includes holidays	20-percent surcharge per month
Offers 24 hour, seven day per week-including holidays	30-percent surcharge per month
* Resolution time may not require technician visit to customer site. Many times it is possible to resolve technical issues elsewhere.

*Note: If you are experiencing problems logging into Manage Account it may be because you need to enable cookies for our site. Please try the following:

Open Microsoft Internet Explorer click on Tools and then select Internet Options
Select the Privacy Tab and click the Sites button
Type into the Address or Web site white box: 205.234.176.8 and click the Allow button
Click okay and then click on okay again to close the Internet Options Box
Log back into Manage Account
