Open Microsoft Outlook

• Click the “Tools” menu.
• Select “Services”.

Click the “Add…” button.

Select “Internet E-mail”.

Click OK.

Fill in below information.

Click the “Servers” tab when complete.

Enter your email name. NOTE: Use the entire email address eg. John@rstarmail.com The information you type in this field is case sensitive.

Check "My server requires authentication".

Click the “Advanced” tab.

Click “Apply”.

Click “OK”.

Depending on the email client configuration, you may get this pop-up. If so, click OK and re-open Outlook.

Perform a follow-up test by sending a message to a friend's email account and asking the friend to reply to the email. This will test both sending and receiving email.
